Brunch Beverages

Unlimited Bloody Mary, Mimosas, Sangria Upgrade

The original timeless New Orleans classic cocktail. It is one of the best examples of a balanced drink that you will find, with the anise, bitters, sugar all working together to perfectly accent a good rye.

Kentucky Mule

Swap vodka for bourbon & you’ve got the Kentucky mule! It’s bubbly, bright and bold: with zingy lime, hardened flavor of ginger and a spicy whiskey finish.

This sophisticated whiskey drink has a long history and has come back into style: the Manhattan! It’s a three ingredient cocktail, but there’s so much going on in one sip! Vanilla, oak and caramel notes from the bourbon, sweet and spicy from the vermouth, and bitter and herby from the bitters.

Muddled Botanical Gin & Tonic

The tinkle of ice. The scent of fresh-cut lime. The bittersweet effervescence of tonic water. The soft, junipery astringency of gin. Mixed together, these four ingredients are heaven enough, no? But what would you say if we added in more elements? Something with a botanical twist? Well, in honor of Father’s Day Klazy Jax has done just that. We add sage, thyme, and a touch of elderflower to enhance the botanical flavor of gin.

New York Sour

New York Sour! First you have the whiskey sour layer: sweet tart and perfectly balanced, sweetened with maple for some nuance. Then float a layer of red wine over the top and it adds intrigue, complexity and a fruity acidity. Not to mention it looks simply stunning with the bright two-toned layer. A favorite!
